In this video demo it took about 1 second to shrink down a full 720p HD video to a 1 minute clip. It can also edit 3D video as well. All you need to do is move the trip markers to the point you want them to be hit edit and your done. Really fast and really simple. The app won't be directly available in the android market but certain hardware manufactures will have it preinstalled soon.
