I bought this tool holder from banggood, because I seriously wondered how it works cheap tool for turning. I was positively surprised by the quality of tool. i also try to cut M14 x 1,5 bolt and nut into steel and work more than great, from start i cut 0,1mm at once and after o,5 mm deap i cut 0,05mm at once, i got really nice thread out of steel, i did't expected that this cheap tool cut so good into steel.
